We've been having a lot of fun with our MessageViewer Online web app. It's free, and we invite anyone to use it to view their emails and download file attachments. It supports online viewing of Outlook .msg, .eml and winmail.dat files. Hundreds of people use MessageViewer Online every day. We've enjoyed watching it grow and providing this free service.

Encryptomatic LLC has launched Msg Viewer Online, a free viewer for opening Outlook .msg files online. This tool allows anyone who has a .msg, .eml or winmail.dat file to upload the file and see the contents in their web browser. The names of file attachments in the email are displayed, and can be downloaded by clicking on the file name.
All uploaded messages are deleted shortly after the session ends, and no information is retained or collected from the uploaded message.
Msg Viewer Online uses the same email rendering engine used in Encryptomatic's email viewers, including Pst Viewer Pro, Pst Viewer Lite and MessageViewer. This viewer is a demonstration of Encryptomatic's MVCOM email component. There is no cost to use Msg Viewer Online.
Lockbin, a service of Encryptomatic LLC providing a secure messaging platform that is HIPAA compliant, has been enhanced in a major update which includes improvements to the Lockbin.com web service, the Outlook add-in, and the java desktop application.
The updated add-in for Microsoft Outlook now allows Lockbin users to download messages directly to their Outlook inbox. A new File Request feature lets you receive files from anyone over a secure link and have those files directly deposited to your Outlook inbox.
File uploading has been improved on the Lockbin.com web site for iPad and Android tablet users to upload files from their devices.
To accommodate the changes to the Lockbin system, the Java uploader application has been updated to version 1.5. This is a mandatory update as the older app will cease working shortly.
Encryptomatic LLC today announced the availability of PDF Postman 1.3.0.2579. This update prepares PDF Postman for Outlook 2013, and resolves an issue with the registration system that may cause PDF Postman to lose its registration under some circumstances. It also incorporates a new per-user activation schema for Citrix environments.
The update is available through the software. A 15 day free trial of PDF Postman 1.3 can be downloaded from the PDF Postman product home page.
PDF Postman is an encryption add-in and PDF add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook. Use PDF Postman to secure messages and documents with strong AES-256 bit encryption that is compatible with standard PDF viewing software.
Encryptomatic LLC today released Pst Viewer Pro 4.7. This release includes several new features, an important UI change, and is recommended for all users with current product update and support plans. Please download the update through the software by going to Help>Check for Updates, or download from the Pst Viewer Pro home page.
This release includes an improvement to the Pst Viewer Pro user interface. We have brought forward important export functionality to the main toolbar to help you work more efficiently with fewer keystrokes. To export selected email to PDF, simply select the the PDF export profile from the drop down list, and then click the Export button (the export button is the icon with the green down arrow and gold paper). You can also edit, create and delete export profiles directly from the main toolbar.

Pst Viewer Pro is the premier tool for viewing Outlook .pst, .ost, .msg, .eml and .mht files. Pst Viewer Pro lets users search pst files, view email messages, extract file attachments, and convert emails in a PST to PDF. It can also convert MSG and EML files to PDF and other formats. Continuing with our series on exporting MSG and PST-stored email messages to PDF files, today we will look at the capabilities of the MessageExport.
MessageExport is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010/2013 (32 and 64 bit). It expands Outlook's export abilities. With MessageExport, you can convert one, or thousands, of Outlook email messages to different formats, including PDF, MSG, EML, MHT, HTML, TXT, CSV (Excel), GIF, TIF, MBOX, Zip, etc.
MessageExport excels with Outlook to PDF conversion, and there are many combination that can be used.
For example you can export multiple emails to multiple pdf files, or you can choose to export multiple emails to one pdf.
To export many emails to PDF, the first thing you need to do is to select the emails you want to export in the Outlook mail list. Next, from the MessageExport toolbar in Outlook select the export profile called, "Single PDF - Attachments Converted/Included." This profile will place all converted emails and file attachments within a single PDF file. The emails will be arranged in the PDF as they are appear in your list.

After selecting your email messages and the "Single PDF" export profile, click the blue Export button to start the process. MessageExport will go to work converting your selected email messages and their file attachments into a single PDF file.
Beware that exporting email and file attachments to a single PDF file can cause the PDF file to become very large, very quickly. Make sure you have plenty of disk space available. Generally, we recommend not going beyond 500 messages or so if you can help it, but we have successfully completed tests on thousands of messages.
A free trial 15 day trial of MessageExport can be downloaded from the product home page. The only limitation on the trial is that a single batch is limited to 50 emails. This limitation does not exist after MessageExport is registered. After the 15 day free trial, you can choose to keep MessageExport installed if you wish. It will continue to operate after the trial, allowing you to export email Outlook email messages individually. You can activate the full version of the software any time by purchasing an activation code.
