Encryptomatic OpenPGP is updated for Microsoft Outlook and Windows Desktop.

We have released a major update of Encryptomatic OpenPGP (EOPGP) for Microsoft Outlook and Windows 10 desktop.  If you are already using EOPGP, the update is available through the software notification service.  The software can be downloaded and installed from the Encryptomatic OpenPGP home page.

Encryptomatic OpenPGP is an Windows software product that simplifies the installation and use of OpenPGP encryption.  It is provided free for personal, non-profit, activist, and news reporter users. 

We believe in your right to privacy and to protect your data. While this project is not a money maker for our core for-profit software business, we support your right to protect your data from hackers and your Article Twelve right to privacy. We pay a talented and experienced software developer to regularly maintain, enhance and support Encryptomatic OpenPGP, and so we ask commercial business/government users to help fund this project by purchasing an affordable annual license.

Through the Windows right-click context menu, you can use it to easily encrypt desktop files.

For Microsoft Office Outlook users,  the add-in makes OpenPGP email encryption easy to use.

Encryptomatic OpenPGP can generate strong key pairs,  and share keys to open key servers.

Since there are important updates and enhancements to Encryptomatic OpenPGP, this update is strongly recommended for all users.

Although not required, you may wish to generate new public/private key pairs to improve import compatibility with OpenKey Chain and Protonmail(tm).

Here is a list of enhancements and fixes included in this update.  The issue tracking number is included for those who worked with our development team or reported certain issues.

EPGP-332 Resolved issue with key generation using RSA3072 for master key and RSA3072 for the sub key
EPGP-331 Current message going out unencrypted when "Always encrypt" option is enabled from options window activated from current message inspector
EPGP-329 Resolved an unhandled error when sending signed and encrypted message when there is no senders key
EPGP-281 Resolved issue were RSA keys may not work in OpenKeychain. This was also tested with Protonmail(TM).
EPGP-229 Resolved "Message is changed" warning comes while sending keys in email
EPGP-228 "Message is changed" is coming when sending keys in email (resolved in 229
EPGP-167 Unencrypted copy of message remained in Outlook Draft folder if wrong passphrase or no passphrase was entered.

EPGP-330 Resolved a specific issue where EOPGP was unable to decrypt  (Pending confirmation from the affected user).
EPGP-328  Resolved add-in not loading. Certificate of signed and load at startup COM Add-in is not in the trusted source list.

PDF Postman v1.2 maintenance release now available. Email encryption add-in for Outlook.

Encryptomatic LLC today announced the release of PDF Postman version 1.2.
This is a recommend update for all customers and improves PDF Postman's wrapper email appearance in online email systems such as Gmail, and also resolves an issue with product activation.

Customers can update their software using PDF Postman's update function.

PDF Postman is an innovative add-in for Microsoft Outlook for sending secure encrypted email messages. PDF Postman uses the PDF wrapper and the AES-128 implementation that is part of the PDF specification to provide a method of secure communication that is recipient friendly and business practical.

MessageLock 1.12.1781 maintenance release is now available

A maintenance update for MessageLock (version 1.12.1781) is released. MessageLock is an email encryption add-in for Microsoft Outlook. It uses AES-256 bit encryption to protect important email messages.

This release resolves an issue in the message decryption time stamp, which could cause it to be errant in some situations.

MessageViewer SDK (MVCOM) - 2.2.3 update released

Encryptomatic LLC today announced the release of MVCOM version (2.2.3.975).

The changelog for this version primarily contains updates of importantance to Visual Basic 6 users.

PstViewer Pro 4.1 maintenance update released

Encryptomatic LLC announced today the general release of PstViewer Pro 4.1.  PstViewer Pro is a Windows application for viewing, copying, converting, and managing Outlook PST files.

Version 4.1 improves PST read speed, and resolves issues reported by users. The upgrade is available to all current PstViewer Pro users through the automatic upgrade function.

MessageExport, update 1.5.0.867

MessageExport maintenance update 1.5.0.867 has been released.
This build resolves an issue where not all images in an email were converted to a pdf document.

MessageExport is a add-in for Microsoft Outlook. It enhances Outlook's email export capabilities to include PDF, EML, MSG, MBOX and many other formats. MessageExport version 1.5 is released

Encryptomatic LLC is pleased to announce the release of MessageExport for Outlook version 1.5. MessageExport enhances Outlook's email exporting and connection capabilities, allowing users to export email, file attachments in many different formats (including PDF, MHTL, HTML, Text, etc) to many different places (local or network drives) in many different ways (custom naming schemes for exported files, zip compression, encryption, attachments extracted, etc).

MessageExport includes integration with Sharepoint and Symantec Enterprise Vault, and is highly configurable by administrators to meet the filing and archiving needs of the organization.

In this update, Encryptomatic has responded to user requests for improved attachment handling processes. These enhancements were requested frequenetly from the legal profession. MessageExport 1.5 now includes the ability to export email file attachments as files within a PDF document, or to convert into part of the PDF image. Attachment export to PDF requires that the application be installed (for example, to export Word DOC file attachments, you must have Microsoft Office present on the computer).

OutDisk FTP 3.0 is released

Encryptomatic LLC is pleased to announce the availability of OutDisk FTP version 3.0.
This version combines the previously separate OutDisk versions for Windows (version 2.1) and Outlook (version 1.5) into a single package.

OutDisk FTP will integrate with Windows XP/Vista/7 desktop to allow users to easily upload files to their FTP server. Outlook users can install the OutDisk add-in, as well as use the desktop integration.

New features include the ability to automatically use OutDisk if file attachments exceed a predetermined size threshhold.

OutDisk is used by individuals and businesses to make it easy to share large files through email. OutDisk works with your current FTP service or webhost. There are no monthly fees to use OutDisk.
