MessageExport Update 2.3 Available

Encryptomatic LLC today release a maintenance update for MessageExport, the add-in software that extends Microsoft Outlook's email export capabilities. MessageExport is the premier tool for converting Outlook email messages to formats that include .pdf, .eml, .mht, .tif, text, and many others. 

MessageExport 2.3 is now compatible with Windows 8.1.  A new file naming feature allows for indicating the presence of file attachments in the file name.  When opening a .pdf file with embedded file attachments, the attachments panel will now open automatically in Adobe Reader.

PDF Postman 1.4 Now Supports German, Dutch and Spanish Language Menus

PDF Postman has been updated. Version 1.4 includes menu language support for German, Dutch and Spanish users.

PDF Postman is an email encryption add-on for Microsoft Outlook that leverages the PDF format and the AES-256 encryption that is part of the PDF specification.  It integrates tightly with Outlook's new email window to make it easy to send password protected messages to anyone.

Message Viewer Lite email viewer updated to version 4.5.4

MessageViewer Lite, the simple email viewer for opening .msg, .eml and winmail.dat email files, has been updated. Version 4.5.4 is now available. Current customer may update through their software, or download the latest version from the MessageViewer Lite web page.

OutDisk FTP for MS Outlook Is Updated

A maintenance release for OutDisk FTP for Microsoft Outlook has been released. Version 4.16.13 is now available and can be downloaded from the OutDisk FTP product page. 

This release improves OutDisk's compability with Outlook 2003, resolving some issues.  We've also added the ability to recall your compression settings if they have been changed in a session. Various small bug fixes have also been included in this release.

OutDisk FTP is an add-on for Microsoft Outlook. It connects Outlook to your web server by FTP, allowing you to upload files to your server for download by the email recipient.  OutDisk inserts a download link directly into the email, and removes the file attachment from the email.  System administrators use OutDisk to help users who need to circumvent files Exchange file size limits in email.
