We have updated the PDF Postman addon for Microsoft Outlook! Version 2.5, build 319 is the latest maintenance release. It's now available at https://www.encryptomatic.com/pdfpostman/download/

This update is recommended for all PDF Postman customers.

The following issues reported by users were resolved in this update:

- 0004881: [Fix] Replace notification image, due to misspelling
- 0004819: [Development] Message "The system cannot find the file specified" during the installation (protected 32-bit .msi)
- 0004694: [Fix] Crash when adding password entry to the remote database

PDF Postman is an addin for Microsoft Outlook for end-to-end encrypted communications by email.. It's used to send encrypted PDF messages and files using the common PDF envelope. This method reduces the buden on recipients and makes it practical to protect important data.

OutDisk FTP add-in for Microsoft Outlook is Updated.

We have updated OutDisk FTP add-in for Microsoft Outlook. Version 4.62.15 of OutDisk FTP is available for download from the OutDisk product home page.

OutDisk is an add-in that integrates file upload capability directly into Microsoft Outlook.  With OutDisk, IT professionals can create an in-house file transfer service using their own servers, making it easy for non-technical users to send file attachments in Outlook e-mails.  To use OutDisk FTP, just attach files to an Outlook e-mail as normal, and send the email message. Files exceeding a pre-set size can be automatically uploaded to your company FTP server, and a link inserted into the e-mail. Recipient's can download the file through their web browser, bypassing strict email server file size limits.

This release of OutDisk adds some new features and resolves some bugs.

PstViewer Pro Update

We have released PstViewer Pro 7.5.460 maintenance release.

This release is optional, and focused on improving the experience for customers who use the command line switches.


PstViewer Pro is an email converter and viewer. Use PstViewer Pro to open email content contained in .pst, .ost, .msg and .eml files.  PstViewer Pro converts e-mail into PDF documents.

MessageExport 3.7 Email Export Add-in for Microsoft Outlook is Updated.

MessageExport version 3.7.0 is now available for download.  This is a maintenance update and is recommended for all users. It improves performance and resolves an issue that may occur during batch export operations of email file attachments.

Encryptomatic LLC has released an update to MessageViewer Lite, the simple e-mail viewer for Eml, Msg and Winmail.dat email files.

This release updates the email rendering engine to the latest version.

MessageViewer Lite is a simple email viewer.  It's used to open Outlook .msg, .eml and winmail.dat email files.  MessageViewer Lite is easy to use. It provides drag and drop access to email file attachments, prints emails and lets you view internet header information. It may be set as the default Windows application for .msg or .eml files, allow users to open files by clicking on them.

Ending Add-on Support for Outlook 2003/2000

We are announcing that Encryptomatic LLC is ending support and development for it's Outlook add-on products for Outlook 2003, XP and Outlook 2000. We will no longer actively develop or test a current release for those Outlook platforms. This includes MessageLock, OutDisk, Lockbin Add-in, PDF Postman, and MessageExport.

We made this decision because of the cost of continuing to test and develop for the dwindling user base for those products. Additionally, Microsoft no longer supports either product.

As of April 15, 2009, mainstream support from Microsoft is no longer available for Office 2003. Extended support for Office 2003 ended April 8, 2014.

We can't stop making MessageExport better

When customers call us with great ideas, some times they're so good that we stop and get them into the software right away. While we just released version 3.5 of MessageExport a few weeks ago, we're happy to offer you an updated version 3.5.8 today.

A client called us and explained how we could make his job easier by expanding the functionality of MessageExport's file explorer. The explorer integrates to Outlook. It has been a convenient way for MessageExport users to convert individual e-Mails to PDF, or any of the other supported formats, simply by dragging the email from Outlook and dropping it onto the desired folder in the explorer.  MessageExport automatical converts the file to the selected format (formats are called "Export Profiles" and are selectable in MessageExport's drop down list).

What our customer wanted was a quick and easy way to use MessageExport's file explorer to preview files, and to select them for attaching to an e-Mail. With MessageExport's new explorer functionality, you can now accomplish a variety of additional tasks, such as exporting an email to PDF and then easily attaching it to an email message.
